Our in-stock, Ready to Wear pieces are usually packaged and dispatched within three business days. Engraving, ring resizing and pre-orders may require a little longer - check the individual product page for details. Once your parcel leaves our studio, we’ll send you tracking information. If you’re purchasing for a particular date, please get in touch before ordering.
Our collections includes Solid Gold, Gold Vermeil, Sterling Silver and most recently, implant grade Titanium (alongside natural and selected lab-grown gemstones). Some flat-back studs combine different metals in the front, pin and post. You’ll find the specific materials on each product page, so you can choose what suits you best.
Check the measurements on the product page for necklace lengths, earring dimensions and flat-back post options. For rings, we recommend having your finger professionally measured before ordering. If you’re unsure about a length, size or how a piece will sit, please send us a message - we’re always happy to help.
For eligible Ready to Wear pieces, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Pieces must be unworn and in their original packaging. Change of mind returns exclude all earrings and flat-back studs, sale items and customised pieces, including engraving or resizing. Please read our Returns & Exchanges policy before purchasing.
Yes, absolutely. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout and leave your personal message in the order notes. We’ll carefully package your piece and include your note, without a printed invoice or receipt. If you’d like help choosing something for them, we’re here.
