All of our rings are crafted locally right here in Qld, Australia.

On every single ring we work closely, in person with our Violet Gray Jewellers to ensure *she, your ring, is of the highest standards ~ both in material and craftsmanship.

The integrity behind and quality of all Violet Gray pieces is of the highest importance.

*To note : some smaller Ready-to-Wear styles may be crafted offshore, always to the same standards and quality as our Australian-made pieces.

Yes, absolutely. When a Ready to Wear ring has sold, you’re welcome to enquire about having a variation remade especially for you. Many clients use an existing design as a starting point, adjusting elements such as stone choice, metal, or scale to create something uniquely their own.

Each customised piece is treated as a Made to Order or Bespoke commission and is thoughtfully crafted in consultation with you.

All Ready to Wear rings include a complimentary resize within two sizes, either up or down.

If a resize beyond this is required, a manufacturing fee may apply depending on the extent of the adjustment. Resizes start at $100 upwards.

Please allow up to 14 days for resizing, from the time your ring is received back into our studio.

Yes. We work with both naturally forming and lab-grown Diamonds, and an extensive range of coloured Gemstones. Stones can also be sourced upon request to meet your individual preferences.

All Violet Gray rings (with the exception of wedding bands) are accompanied by a external Certificate of Valuation. This certificate will confirm the materials used in your piece and provides an insurance replacement value for your records.

If you do not require a Certificate of Valuation, please let us know at the time of purchase.

Fine jewellery is delicate by nature, so to extend the life and maintain the condition of your Violet Gray piece we have curated a compressive care guide.

Yes – all Violet Gray pieces come with a 6 month warranty which covers all manufacturing faults, defined as such after assessment by our team.

Faults incurred after this timeframe are considered a result of general wear and tear, or from mishandling and are NOT covered by warranty.

Manufacturing faults do not include: broken (or snapped) chains, snapped pendants, misshapen ring bands, bent claws or chipped / cracked / lost gemstones.

Items purchased at a discounted rate (SALE ITEMS) are not covered by warranty.

When you buy a Ready to Wear ring from our website, we will endeavour to ship your ring within 3 business days.

*If an immediate resize is required prior to shipping, please allow up to an additional 14 days. Each piece is carefully prepared and quality-checked before leaving our studio.

National (Australia wide) parcels are sent with Australia Post EXPRESS; insured and trackable.

All pieces will require a signature upon delivery for obvious reasons.

International orders are sent with FEDEX or Australia Post.

We ship all Australian orders with Australia Post.

All orders over $300 come with complimentary Express Shipping.

Otherwise :

$9.95 - STANDARD Service || 2 – 8 business days (from dispatch); comes with tracking and requires a signature upon delivery. 

$14.95 - EXPRESS Service || 1 – 4 business days (from dispatch); comes with tracking and requires a signature upon delivery. 

We ship all International orders with Australia Post or FEDEX, depending on your choice.

All orders over $300 come with complimentary Express Shipping.

Otherwise :

$25 – Australia Post International (standard) || 7 – 21 business days (from dispatch); comes with tracking and requires a signature upon delivery. 

$100 – FEDEX EXPRESS || 1 – 7 business days (from dispatch); comes with tracking and requires a signature upon delivery. 

Depending on which service you select, international orders may take between 1 – 21 business days to arrive after dispatch (which means after your order has been packaged and departed from our studio in Australia). Please know that the timeframes specified above are simply guidelines.
