$10.95 – Australia Post (STANDARD) || 2 – 7 business days (from dispatch), signature on delivery.

$14.95 – Australia Post (EXPRESS) || 1 – 4 business days (from dispatch), signature on delivery.

We ship all Australian orders with Australia Post.

Depending on your location, items shipped within Australia have an expected delivery time of between 1 – 7 business days after dispatch (which means after your order has been packaged and departed from our studio).

You will receive automated email notifications so that you can monitor your parcels journey. If you do not receive, please do check your SPAM FOLDER in your email account.


19.95 – DHL eCommerce (standard) || 7 – 21 business days (from dispatch), signature on delivery.

$50 – DHL / FEDEX EXPRESS || 1 – 7 business days (from dispatch), insurance and signature on delivery.

Depending on which service you select, international orders may take between 1 – 21 business days to arrive after dispatch (which means after your order has been packaged and departed from our studio in Australia). Please know that the timeframes specified above are simply guidelines.

If you are unable to select your desired shipping location, please contact us at [email protected] and we will make shipping arrangements to your location.

Due to the high value of our pieces, every Violet Gray parcel requires a signature on delivery and you will be responsible for signing for the receipt of your package. Once the piece is signed for, it is no longer considered in transit and therefore, no longer insured. 

Violet Gray is not be responsible for delays in delivery, which stem from circumstances beyond our control. Missing or damaged orders need to be taken up with the postal service responsible for your delivery.

Violet Gray is not responsible if your item is returned to sender. Please ensure that you track your delivery regularly and are aware of the estimated delivery time. We are not responsible if your postal address is incorrect or if you were not at the address at the time of delivery.

Undelivered orders to Violet Gray can be re-shipped at standard shipping rates, dependant on location.

CUSTOMS DUTY : You will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or levies that may be associated with delivery in your local country. They are respective to your order value and destination country.

Violet Gray Design is not responsible for being aware or, or reimbursing customers for any such fees.

Please ensure that you are conscious of the customs protocols in your own country before placing your order.
