SHIPPING FACTS

 

Violet Gray dispatches orders weekly. 

** 2019 update: we are welcoming our first baby in February 2019.

All packages will be shipped weekly (every Thursday). For urgent sendingplease email hello@violetgraydesign.com and we will do the best we can to accommodate. 

 

ORDERS over $150 ship complimentary (cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons). 

 

AUSTRALIA:

$8.95 Australia Post (standard) || 2 – 5 business days, signature on delivery.

$14.95 Australia Post (EXPRESS) || 1 – 3 business days, signature on delivery.

We ship all orders via Australia Post or via Sendle, Australia’s first carbon neutral delivery service.

Depending on your location, items shipped within Australia have an expected delivery time of between 1 – 5 business days after dispatch (which means after your order has been packaged and departed from our studio).

You will receive automated email notifications so that you can monitor your parcels journey. If you do not receive, please check your SPAM FOLDER in your email account.

 

INTERNATIONAL:

$14.95 DHL eCommerce (standard) || 7 – 21 business days, signature on delivery.

$35 DHL EXPRESS || 1 – 5 business days, insurance and signature on delivery.

Depending on which service you select, international orders may take between 1 – 21 business days to arrive after dispatch (which means after your order has been packaged and departed from our studio).

If you are unable to select your desired shipping location, please contact us at hello@violetgraydesign.com and we will make shipping arrangements to your location.

 

Please know that the timeframes specified above are simply guidelines.

Due to the high value of our pieces, all Violet Gray parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility to be collected with photo ID.

Violet Gray is not be responsible for delays in delivery, which stem from circumstances beyond our control. Missing or damaged orders need to be taken up with the postal service responsible for your delivery.

Violet Gray is not responsible if your item is returned to sender. Please ensure that you track your delivery regularly and are aware of the estimated delivery time. We are not responsible if your postal address is incorrect or if you were not at the address at the time of delivery.

Undelivered orders to Violet Gray can be re-shipped at standard shipping rates, dependant on location.

 

CUSTOMS DUTY: You will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or levies that may be associated with delivery in your local country. They are respective to your order value and destination country. 

Violet Gray Design is not responsible for being aware or, or reimbursing customers for any such fees.

Please ensure that you are conscious of the customs protocols in your own country before placing your order.
