Violet Gray values Fast Delivery, so we ship all over the world 5 days per week – Monday through to Friday.


ALL ORDERS over $150 globally, ship for FREE

** This applies unless we are offering a storewide sale, in which case – there is no complimentary shipping option **


AUSTRALIA : We ship EXPRESS POST from Queensland, for a discounted price of just $5. Items shipped within Australia have an expected delivery time of between 1 – 4 business days after dispatch. You will receive an email with a tracking number after your package leaves the Violet Gray studio.


INTERNATIONAL : We ship worldwide via DHL, for a flat-rate price of $10 (for orders under $150). If you are unable to select your desired shipping location, please contact us at and we will make shipping arrangements to your location. International orders may take between 10-21 business days to arrive after dispatch.


Please know that the timeframes specified above are simply guidelines. Violet Gray is not be responsible for delays in delivery, which stem from circumstances beyond our control. Missing or damaged orders need to be taken up with the postal service responsible for your delivery.


CUSTOMS DUTY : If you are ordering from a location other than Australia, you will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or levies that may be associated with delivery in your local country. Violet Gray Design is not responsible for being aware or, or reimbursing customers for any such fees. Please ensure that you are conscious of the customs protocols in your own country before placing your order.
