All packages will be shipped weekly (every Thursday). For urgent sending, please email email@example.com and we will do the best we can to accommodate.
ORDERS over $150 ship globally for FREE (cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons).
AUSTRALIA: We ship all orders via Australia Post (EXPRESS DELIVERY) from Northern NSW, for a discounted price of just $8.95.
Items shipped within Australia have an expected delivery time of between 1 – 4 business days after dispatch. You will receive an email with a tracking number after your package leaves the Violet Gray studio. If you do not receive, please check your SPAM FOLDER in your email account.
INTERNATIONAL: We ship worldwide via DHL, for a discounted flat-rate price of $10.95.
If you are unable to select your desired shipping location, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make shipping arrangements to your location. International orders may take between 7-21 business days to arrive after dispatch.
Please know that the timeframes specified above are simply guidelines.
Violet Gray is not be responsible for delays in delivery, which stem from circumstances beyond our control. Missing or damaged orders need to be taken up with the postal service responsible for your delivery.
Violet Gray is not responsible if your item is returned to sender. Please ensure that you track your delivery regularly and are aware of the estimated delivery time. We are not responsible if your postal address is incorrect or if you were not at the address at the time of delivery.
Undelivered orders to Violet Gray can be re-shipped at standard shipping rates, dependant on location.
CUSTOMS DUTY: If you are ordering from a location other than Australia, you will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or levies that may be associated with delivery in your local country. By law, we must declare the contents and value of your package.
