We feel that a piece of jewellery should be as unique as the person who wears it.

Each stone will vary slightly in colour, clarity, shape and size.

We do our best to replicate the piece that you have ordered, but the stones will alter depending on availability.


There are strictly no refunds, exchanges or warranties offered on any items purchased at a discounted rate (SALE ITEMS).

Upon purchasing from the Violet Gray store, you agree to the terms and conditions, therefore understand that this policy is final.

All information below is void for SALE purchases.

If you change your mind, we will happily offer a credit note (for the full amount) or a refund (minus the shipping costs we have incurred with your order) within 7 days of receiving your items.

How to return?

Simply rustle up your ‘proof of purchase’ then :

  • Contact [email protected] and grab a Return Authorisation number
  • Arrange return shipping (including insurance) and post your item back ASAP in it’s original, unworn condition and packaging
  • Upon receipt, we will promptly exchange or credit the original item value. *Credit notes are valid for a 6 month period.

Please note – Unfortunately, Violet Gray cannot accept returns of earrings / studs due to health and hygiene regulations.

NOTE: All shipping charges associated with the credit or return are the responsibility of the customer. They must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied.

Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items.


Goods wanting to be returned beyond our 7 day exchange / return period are non-refundable.

No returns or refunds will be given on any broken or damaged items unless damaged in transit on original purchase or if deemed to be a manufacturing fault upon assessment by our team.

All items are checked prior to dispatch as a part of the Violet Gray quality control process.

If by chance you receive the item and it has been damaged in transit, get in touch within 48 hours of receiving the delivery via [email protected]


We create and source all products crafted from the highest quality of material – nothing but the best! They are still delicate though, so please do follow the care instructions and everybody will be happy and enjoy a long life together.

If you find a product fault within 6 months of purchase date, we can sort it out.

  • Follow the prompts to organise a replacement or repair (at our discretion).

Remember – this warranty covers manufacturing faults only, so treat your jewellery well.

General wear and tear that occurs from regular use is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Carefully read care instructions as delivered with your item and be aware of the delicate nature of your Violet Gray piece.

If the item is deemed to be faulty Violet Gray will happily repair or replace the item with the same, or if no longer available, the most similar item.
