We feel that a piece of jewellery should be as unique as the person who wears it. While looking through our website, do no expect to find flawless, perfect pieces. Because the majority of our pieces are created by hand, we like them to feel a little raw. Like people, each piece will be different from the last and no two Violet Gray pieces are exactly the same. Each stone will vary slightly in colour, clarity, shape and size. We do our best to replicate the piece that you have ordered, but the stones will alter depending on availability.
There are no refunds, exchanges or warranties offered on any items purchased when on SALE. Upon purchasing from the Violet Gray store, you agree to the terms and conditions, therefore understand that his policy is final.

Goods sold are non-refundable. No returns or refunds will be given on any broken or damaged items unless damaged in transit on original purchase or if deemed to be a manufacturing fault. All items are checked prior to dispatch as a part of the Violet Gray quality control process. We create and source all products crafted from the highest quality of material – nothing but the best! They are still delicate though, so follow the care instructions and everybody will be happy and enjoy a long life together. If you find a product fault within 6 months of purchase date, we can sort it out.

Remember – This warranty covers manufacturing faults (but does not cover neglect or wear and tear), so tread carefully. General wear and tear that occurs from use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Carefully read care instructions as delivered with your item and be aware of the delicate nature of your Violet Gray piece. Pieces of jewellery will not be replaced if tarnishing of the plating occurs. This is commonly due to general wear and tear and exposure to perfumes, moisturisers and heat from the body.
If the item is deemed to be faulty Violet Gray will happily repair or replace the item with the same, or if no longer available, the most similar item.

The beauty of the beaded bracelets is their delicate nature, which means thin wire must be used to fit through the beads. Over time, with wear (and water/chemicals/sweat), the wire will push against the beads and your skin, causing the wire to become thin and worn. Eventually, the wire will snap. Mostly this will take years but sometimes only months, depending how hard of a life your bracelet has lived. We believe that when the bracelet snaps the wearer no longer needs to be reminded of that intention and it is time to move on.
Snapping of the wire is not considered a product fault due to the very high quality of the wire and the unlikelihood of the wire snapping without human intervention. If you are looking to purchase a piece that will last a lifetime of every day wear, consider purchasing one of our other beautiful solid pieces.
