You can purchase Violet Gray products solely from our website. We do not wholesale at this stage.
It is super simple – browse the site, add the products to your basket then checkout and pay via our secure payment gateway.
You can also join our mailing list to receive periodic updates about news and events (as well as special sneak-previews on new ranges).
We are 100% online, so at the moment there is no physical studio or shop location open the public.
In regard to our rings, we can organise an in-person or online (virtual) showing so that you can try on the pieces and chat further about the bespoke process.

We take great pride in our beautiful packaging and we aim to create a memorable experience.
When you order a Violet Gray piece online, you will receive your order safely packaged inside the signature Violet Gray boxes.
All necklaces, charms or plain bands/rings will arrive in the Violet Gray cardboard gift box with accompanying cards.
Gemstone rings are packaged in our Australian crafted, purple gidgee timber boxes.
All orders are now PLASTIC FREE – using cardboard postal boxes, craft paper and paper tape.
Please note: We are conscious of our environmental impact and therefore each order will come in only one box unless otherwise requested.
We attempt to minimise the amount of packaging used.
Simply include the details in the purchase notes when you are processing your order. We then send the treasure and personalised message directly to the receiver. (No invoice / purchase receipt included)
All of our rings are crafted locally right here in Qld, Australia.
On every single ring we work closely, in person with our Violet Gray Jewellers to ensure *she, your ring, is of the highest standards ~ both in material and craftsmanship.
The integrity behind and quality of all Violet Gray pieces is of the highest importance.
All of our rings are crafted to order, so you have the option to completely personalise your piece.
You have options around the metal, stones, setting style, stone placement, engraving and hidden stones.
If you are chasing a completely unique one-of-a-kind feel, then the Bespoke service is definitely for you.
Yes, absolutely you can include a personal message or motif.
Maximum length is up to 16 characters.
Please note that engraving can add to the total production time.
When it comes to our rings (and bespoke pieces) we primarily use 14k yellow, rose or white gold. All metal used in the Violet Gray rings is sourced from Australian companies that are members of the Responsible Jewellery Council.
**Upon request, we can also craft in both 9kt or 18kt gold metals.
Unfortunately at this time, we don’t offer Bespoke pieces in sterling silver or plated materials.
All stones incorporated into Violet Gray pieces are Earth grown. We do not use any synthetic (lab grown) or imitation stones.
We encourage you to visit your local Jeweller and have your fingers professionally sized. Remember that all of your fingers will vary between sizes and your dominant hand will be larger than the other (so have the finger you intend to wear your ring on sized).
As ring sizes are not universal and there may be slight variances between our sizing and other brands, please also ask for the internal measurement in mm.

Rest assured, most of our rings can be resized.
The best way to move forward is to have your finger professionally sized by a jeweller and then contact us to establish the next step / receive further instructions for returning your beautiful ring.
If the resize is uncomplicated, generally expect a 1-2 week turn around (plus shipping times).
We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal (globally).
Afterpay or ZIP is also an option for Australian and New Zealand residents.
LAYBUY can be utilised by Australia, New Zealand or the UK residents.
Sezzle is an option for USA residents.
We are an Australian store so all prices shown are in Australian Dollars.
You can change the currency to USD, CAN, GB or EUR for a price estimation in the top or bottom right corner of the website.
Please note: Your order will be transacted in AUD by your bank upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency. The order total shown on the website is only an estimate of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates.

Time frame is dictated by your location and which service you selected in the checkout.
All estimates begin from dispatch (which means after your order has been packaged and departed from our studio).
We ship all orders with the Australia Post EXPRESS service.
$10.95 Australia Post (EXPRESS) || 1 – 5 business days, signature on delivery.
We ship all International orders via DHL.
$14.95 DHL eCommerce (standard) || 7 – 21 business days, signature on delivery.
$50 DHL EXPRESS || 1 – 5 business days, insurance and signature on delivery.

Fine jewellery is delicate by nature, so to extend the life and maintain the condition of your Violet Gray piece we have curated a compressive care guide.

If you change your mind, we will happily offer a credit note (minus the shipping charge) within 7 days* of receiving your items.

Yes – all Violet Gray pieces come with a 6 month warranty which covers all manufacturing faults, defined as such after assessment by our team.
Faults incurred after this timeframe are considered a result of general wear and tear, or from mishandling and are NOT covered by warranty.
Manufacturing faults do not include: broken (or snapped) chains, snapped pendants, misshaped ring bands, bent claws or chipped / cracked / lost gemstones.
Items purchased at a discounted rate (SALE ITEMS) are not covered by warranty.
